How to Calculate a 50-BB Starting Stack
For a ₹10/₹20 blind cash game with a ₹1,000 buy-in (50 Big Blinds), an optimal starting stack provides enough chips for small blind increments while keeping the physical stack manageable:
- 10 × White (₹10) = ₹100
- 10 × Red (₹50) = ₹500
- 4 × Blue (₹100) = ₹400
- Total Stack: 24 physical chips = ₹1,000
The "Bank Vault" Principle: Preventing Ghost Chips
